Experience the fun of making original prints while learning the processes of linocut printing, drypoint and etching using aluminium plates. Participants will gain experience of each of the three printmaking media while they create plates and print a series of proof prints. All of the processes can be extended or combined to create resolved artworks.
Suitable for beginners and those with more experience. Materials provided.
Maximum 10 participants.
Students to provide: Bring a small sketch book, pencils and/or pastels etc, and a simple image or design to use to begin exploring basic techniques. BYO your own sanitized wipes, wear closed in shoes, bring apron or coverall, disposable gloves. The kitchen is closed so BYO drinks and food in containers.
Inkmasters is COVID safe workshop and numbers are limited.
