North Moreton Qld Orchid Council Inc. Summer Orchid Show

The colours, perfume and varieties of orchids on the show benches will delight the senses at the NMQOC Inc Summer Show. Whether you are a long time lover of these desirable plants or are just an admirer who would like to know a little more, our Show is for you.

Resisting the urge to buy just one will be difficult with the large selection of plants for sale. If you need advice, there are many experts who can advise on the best type of plant to buy or how to grow those you already have. Trade tables selling fertiliser, pots, bark and other requirements will be on site. There will also be potting demonstrations held regularly throughout the weekend.

Charity group Be Uplifted Breast Cancer Support group will have a delightful range of craft for sale. A raffle to win a box of assorted orchids and foliage will be held (drawn at 3pm Sunday and winner advised by phone). Light refreshments are available. The event is wheel chair friendly and tour buses are welcome. Free parking on site. For public transport options, see Translink.
